We’ve picked a lovely little church, so very quaint and small,
If you'd like to watch the ceremony, come early, one and all!
For seats may fill up quickly, it might be quite a squeeze,
So if you arrive with time to spare, you’ll find a seat with ease!
The Reception
Our wedding reception will take place in a teepee, just a short walk across the field from the church at Wayside House, New Road, WR10 3HN. If you’re interested in walking from the house to the church there are a couple of routes you can take. We’re hoping that we can get permission to walk across the field so refer back to this page closer to the date!

Parking Options
Field Parking: There will be parking available in the field next to Wayside House. From here, you can enjoy a scenic walk to the church, which is less than 500 meters away.
Church Parking: Alternatively, you are welcome to park outside the church for the ceremony and then drive back to the reception at Wayside House.

Our reception will be held in a teepee situated in a field, as you might imagine, the terrain is naturally uneven, so we will lay down matting throughout the tent and a solid dance floor will be installed.
To navigate the field with ease, you may want to opt for thick heels, wedges instead of a thin heel. This way, you can enjoy the festivities without worrying about sinking into the ground. -
Fingers crossed for a heatwave! The venue is a teepee! While there will be cover, please keep in mind that it could get chilly in the evening or damp if it rains. Be sure to check the forecast and dress accordingly to stay comfortable!

No, we recommend booking a taxi well in advance. Elmley Castle is a bit remote, so taxis aren’t readily available. Try checking taxi services in Evesham or Pershore to secure your ride! Please book taxis before 1am.

You’ll be well taken care of with plenty of food throughout the day, including canapés during arrival drinks, a wedding breakfast, and evening food. While we’re still finalising the menu, please make sure to include any dietary requirements when you RSVP.
